If you have trouble with a product purchased through Fanatik, please don't hesitate to bring it to our attention.
Customers local to Bellingham, WA are encouraged to visit the shop and discuss the problem with our team. We will evaluate the issue and determine a solution.
Those who are not in the Bellingham area can email the following information :
- A written description of the issue
- A photo or video of the issue
- A photo of the serial number
- A photo of the complete bike with component
Be sure to include your full name, phone number, and Fanatik order number.

Note the following:
- All warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined by the manufacturer.
- You are responsible for any accrued labor and shipping costs associated with a warranty claim.
- If a warranty claim is processed on an item that was not purchased from Fanatik, a $30 processing fee will apply.
In some cases, it is more convenient and/or cost-effective to submit a warranty claim directly to a manufacturer or through a different shop. If you require a copy of your proof of purchase, please email sales@fanatikbike.com and we will gladly accommodate your request.
