If you believe your package has gone missing, please contact Fanatik customer service within 14 calendar days from your estimated delivery date.
If your tracking number shows successful delivery, Fanatik will have fulfilled its obligation by successfully delivering to the address associated with the order. At that time we will not be able to file a claim for lost or stolen packages, nor will we be able to provide any further replacement or refund for your order. With that said, we are here to help so feel free to contact our customer service team and we may be able to help you track down where the package ended up.
