The website is not accepting my card and is declining the order. What's wrong?

We have several credit card scanning filters in place for security reasons. If your order is declined, there could be a couple of reasons:

  • Your billing address is not up-to-date, and/or does not exactly match what you have specified in your order.
  • Some credit and debit card providers have daily spending limits. Check the details for your card or contact your bank to let them know you are trying to place an order with fanatikbike.com. In most cases they should be able to authorize the payment.
  • You are using an international credit card that does not support AVS (address verification). In this case, we recommend using an alternative payment method such as PayPal or wire transfer. Please contact us for further details.
